Dalvinder Rai – National Advisor Equality and Diversity
Dalvinder Rai currently works for H3 – a shared partnership between Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service, Hampshire County Council and Hampshire Constabulary as a Recruitment HR Advisor.
Prior to joining H3, Dalvinder joined Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service in January 2005. Initially she started as an agency temporary administrator within the Equality and Diversity Team, Performance Review and payroll team. In 2007 Dalvinder was taken on permanently as an administrator with the Payroll team and then progressed onto Senior Administrator within the recruitment team.
Dalvinder is currently working towards gaining her Chartered Institute Personnel Development (CIPD) qualification.
In 2013 Dalvinder raised over £1000 for the Firefighters charity, by jumping out of plane in a tandem skydive and in 2014 assisted Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service in beating the world record for the largest naan bread.
